Field to Table Catering is the exclusive onsite caterer at the Field Museum since 2014. Our Experienced team of chefs, planners, and operators are highly knowledgeable of the museum spaces as we only cater for events at the Field Museum.


We maintain the highest standards, using only the freshest ingredients sourced from local farms, dairies, and ranches. Our Menu items are handcrafted in our scratch kitchen located onsite at the Field Museum.


Inspired by the seasons, our chefs are committed to supporting local farmers. Our menu highlight local ingredients at the peak of their season. 


Field to Table is committed to waste and energy reduction. We put our sustainability mantra of “what gets measured gets done” into action, weighing all waste leaving the kitchens and employing back of the house and front of the house recycling and composting.
